With over 175 individual and unique clients from the Blenheim to the very depths of the South Island, we are kept very busy making sure that our clients always come first.  We have been in partnership with Attaché Software for years and we invest heavily in our clients.  We work really hard on building great relationships with our clients and Attaché, and look forward to building on that platform in the future.

Kellie Moore

Harking from the other side of the Tasman I have been in New Zealand since 1996 and I am very happy to call Christchurch home.  I originally trained as a Computer Programmer but soon found it was people I liked to talk to, not a computer screen! After 10 years in retail and insurance I was ready for a change, so upon re-entering the workforce in 2002, after my daughter Jasmine was born, I was out looking for something new. I was originally employed at Palmside Business Systems Ltd as the office administrator, however I soon found myself answering support queries and going to consultant courses.  The progression to becoming an Accredited Attaché Consultant was the next, obvious, step. When Paul decided to retire from software support in 2007 Raqueal and I jumped at the chance of making this business our own. We already had a great working relationship with the clients and Paul had spent many years grooming us to make himself redundant. Aligning ourselves closer with Attache NZ, by becoming Attache Software Centre Christchurch, was the next step and we are pleased with the results it has brought.

I love talking to people about what our software can do for their business and how we can get them the information they want with the least amount of effort. The joy on a user’s face when I show them a better way of processing or a brilliant new feature in Attache that saves them an hour of their time each month is the best reward. My talents lie in Attaché Payroll, creating customised client reports, data transfer and resolving technical issues.

Raqueal Spicer

Born and bred in Christchurch I am married with an eleven year old daughter.  Being one of the original Prophet users (on a DOS based system) I am known affectionately by some as “the old girl”.   Initially I used Attaché PRO, (formerly Prophet), in both the Food and Engineering industries.  I  was eventually “nabbed” by Paul Buist as a Sales Consultant for Palmside Business Systems Ltd.  Having started out as an Attaché PRO user I can relate to both sides of the spectrum and I believe that this experience gives me a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Attaché PRO.  I know how it feels to be a user and I also understand how important it is to receive prompt and efficient service when it comes to software issues. 

The prospect of being able to have greater control on this aspect of the business is one of the drivers that influenced me when Kellie and I bought the business from Paul in 2007.  We pride ourselves on our customer service and our fast response to clients needs and we are very fortunate to have many fantastic clients.  We have been able to improve our already strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and listening to our client’s needs. 

I am the resident expert on everything from how to use Prophet DOS to the state of the art Attaché PRO.  Talk to me in regard to your requirements to take you to the next level of accounting software.
