Support

LogMeIn Rescue - On-Demand Remote Support

customer supportJust because you are not in the same location as us, don’t believe for a minute that we can’t provide quality support.  LogMeIn Rescue is a temporary, web based remote support system.  This enables us to log into your server or a PC (permission is granted by you each and every time we access your computer – we cannot log in unless you are sitting at your computer and it is turned on), and assist you with any issues, upgrades etc.

On Site Support

We also visit you onsite from the very top of the South Island to the very bottom of the South Island.  For clients who live outside of the Canterbury area site visits will be made on request. 

Telephone Support

When you call us you speak to us.  We have consultants located in Christchurch.  Because we are located in the South Island we can, and will visit you at your premises.  We fully back each other up so you should always be able to contact us for support.  You are not charged an annual or monthly fee for phone support and if your call is not too complex or time consuming then generally we will not charge you.  We want you to get the best out of your software therefore we don’t want you to be “afraid” to call us.
